Refund Policy

All products sold on WRDL SUPPLIERS are physical items that are carefully sourced and shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To request a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds are considered in the following specific situations:

• Damaged or defective item — the product arrived damaged or does not function as described.
• Wrong item received — you received a different product than what you ordered.
• Order cancelled before shipping — you cancelled your order before it was dispatched.

Refund requests for any of the above must be sent to support@wrdlsuppliers.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a short description of the issue.

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please contact our support team before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Opening a dispute without first contacting support may delay or prevent a resolution.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
